Now our enterprise covers an area of 30, 000 square meters, a building area of 13000 square meters and 200 staff members and workers in which over 13% are engineering technicians. We have domestic first-class rope-making equipment including double-layer rope automatic production line with technically innovative design imported from Japan and Germany. With an annual production capacity of various kinds of chemical fiber ropes of over 8000 tons, we are one of largest chemical fiber rope manufacturer in China.
Our company has passed through the authentication of ISO9001 international quality system and has obtained the certificates for marine products from international classification Certificates such as DNV-GL, ABS, LR, BV, NK, RS, RINA and CCS, ect.
The main materials of products including polyamide, polyester, polyethylene, nylon, polypropylene, UHMWPE, and polyamide mono & polyamide multi composit, ect. Construction includes 3 ply, 4 ply, 6 ply, 8 ply, 12 ply, and double braided. The diameter from 6mm to 160mm. Meanwhile, our company produces various kinds of slings.
